How to prepare for your appointment: Be ready to fill out a medical questionnaire, available for printing in Clients Forms and describe what medications and skin care products you are using.  I will do an analysis of your skin, look for any interactions between products and medications, and devise a treatment plan that’s suitable for your skin type and condition. If possible, please do not wear makeup prior to your appointment. What to expect: The results of your treatment may be obvious right away or may take some time to achieve. This depends entirely on your program and the methods used. In some cases, if skin is in poor condition (impaired acid mantle), it needs to be strengthened and conditioned before anti-aging treatments can be performed. If you are suffering from acne, dermatitis, or rosacea, you may have to set your anti-aging goals aside until you’ve cleared those symptoms. The good news is you may gain younger-looking skin as a side benefit of clearing and treating these conditions. Appointment Cancellation Policy I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyones life.  In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients the following policy is honored.  As a courtesy, confirmation is made by text and email 48hrs before your appointment.  I require a confirmation response at least 24hrs before your scheduled appointment to either confirm or change your appointment.   This    allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. Billing and Payment Policy Brushed FX LLC also known as Brushed FX uses two secured payment processing companies: PayPal and Square, Inc.  Brushed FX or Brushed FX LLC will be shown on your debit/credit card transactions and receipt.  Invoicing will be payable upon receipt.  Once payment is processed and completed, your order will be processed and you will receive communication via email to inform you of your order status.   *Please note: There are no refunds for services rendered.  Products returned through the proper return policy, will be exchanged for an agreed upon new product.  No monetary refunds allowed.  Acceptable payment methods are:  Cash, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Debit bank card. Brushed FX Gift Certificates Policy Bushed FX Gift Certificates once purchased are same as cash.  These can be purchased to be used by the buyer for future services and products or given away to someone as a “gift.”  They can be transferable.  They cannot be exchanged for cash value.  If services or products are less than the Gift Certificate amount, a credit will remain for the user to apply towards a future service or product.  If the Gift Certificate is less the amount of the total balance due, the purchaser must pay the difference at the time of check out.
